The villa’s 8 luxurious bedrooms and living areas feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto private sea view balconies, immersing guests in the beauty of the Andaman Sea and landscape.

Technology is seamlessly integrated, from the Sonos music system and CCTV security to the advanced fresh-water pool filtration. Additional features like a state-of-the-art cinema and gym ensure that Villa Zavier is as functional as it is beautiful.
Level One (Entrance Level)
On arrival by car, you will enter via the secure 4-car underground garage, from where you take the spacious glass elevator that will carry you up to Villa Zavier’s different levels.
Level Two
A small set of stairs takes you to the main hallway. To your left is the fully-equipped fitness centre, set against the backdrop of magnificent sea views. Alongside the fitness centre is Villa Zavier’s purpose-built Home theatre. Just a few steps more take you to the central sunken seating area, where you can relax and enjoy conversations. This area also includes a pool/billiards table and provides access to the wine cellar and games room with a professional bowling alley. On this level are also the first 3 of 8 bedrooms, all with glorious ocean views and en-suite bathrooms.

Home Cinema
Villa Zavier’s purpose-built Home theatre offers an up-to-the-minute projector with THX sound and 9 electrically controlled seats. It includes a hard drive containing hundreds of Blu-ray movies and TV series, a laptop connection, and a PlayStation 4 with a variety of games.
Fitness Centre
The fully-equipped fitness centre includes a treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical trainer, super fit massage, and massage chair, all set against the backdrop of magnificent sea views.

The rooftop terrace delivers a vast and open space that gives the feeling of being on top of the world. It includes dining for 16 people, a BBQ, and a romantic open fire, together with a plunge pool with Jacuzzi and a waterfall that cascades down the exterior of the Villa.
Here you can take in the sights that stretch out for miles, including the bluest of sea views, fabulous sunrises, memorable sunsets, and the spectacular fireworks displays that light up the night.
